Details
Here is a new concept in cutting boards. It was originally developed on the east coast for opening shell fish but is equally at home cutting fruit and veggies. The knife pivots in a fixed axis for repeated cutting in a fixed position. Under the knife is a slight depression, to hold the shell fish or apple in place. Once the knife has cut to the bottom there is still space to prevent your finger knuckles from hitting the base. Not recommended for dishwasher use. Anti skid base for safety. Knife can be removed for sharpening. Knife cutting length: 6.5" (16cm). Base size: 4"x12.75" (10x32cm)
